We are used to that and therefore we select possible applicants in advance.We arrange appointments to visit your apartment or house and help you with issuing a temporary tenancy agreement.In case that you are only tenant of the apartment you must have a permission to sublet given to you by the proprietor (landlord) or the property management. Otherwise your are liable to a termination without previous notice.
Temporary tenancy agreement are usually issued over short term periods from 1 month up to one year. Often there is an option to extend.
We advise you to enclose an inventory in case you should need to settle a claim.
Usually the tenant pays a security deposit ranging from 0,5 up to 2 monthly inclusive rents depending on duration of tenancy and inventory value. |
