2-room apartment from € 450,00 to € 1.000,00
3-room apartment from € 750,00 to € 1.500,00
4-room apartment from € 1.250,00 to € 2.500,00
Exclusive premises in preferred city-areas may differ from the rents mentioned as well as apartments with lower standards.
If you choose to accept one of our offers, the commission payable (see our terms of business)
is calculated from the duration of the tenancy agreement.

Usually a tenancy agreement is made for a fixed time period –the terms of use and all important questions, such as liability, inventory, heating, electricity and deposit should be written down clearly in the agreement.
